How to Return an Item

Initiate Request
Go to your Profile -> Orders page. Locate your order and click 'Return Order' to submit your request.

Verification
Our quality control team reviews the request. We may contact you for pictures/videos of the product.

Handover / Courier
Pack the item in its original brand box. Hand it over to our drop-off point or pick-up courier.

Refund Processed
Once received and verified at our warehouse, your refund is processed within 3-5 business days.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Includes original brand tags, box, manual, and accessories.
- Free of any signs of damage or alterations.
Refund Method & Timelines
Refunds are processed back to the original payment channel:
- Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad): 3 - 5 business days after QC approval.
- Card Payments: 5 - 10 bank working days.
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bKash/Nagad or store credit as preferred.
